How this service is arranged, and who is responsible for what.

This website is operated by VeloPath, which arranges and dispatches garage door work. VeloPath coordinates the enquiry, assigns the job and keeps the record of it.
The repair is carried out by an independent technician from our network. That technician is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of VeloPath, and is responsible for the work performed, for holding the licensing and insurance their work requires, and for complying with the law where the job is done.
Nothing on this site is a quotation. Prices depend on the door, the parts and the location, and are given by the technician after assessing the job and before work begins. Any figure discussed on the phone before a technician has seen the door is an estimate.
The phone line is answered outside normal business hours. Whether a technician can attend at a given time depends on location and availability, and no arrival time is guaranteed unless a dispatcher confirms one with you directly.
Warranty on parts and workmanship is provided by the technician who carried out the work, on the terms given to you at the time. If something needs revisiting, call us and we will put you back in touch with the technician who attended.
