If you use the callback form, we collect the name, phone number, zip code and job details you enter. If you call us, we collect the phone number you call from, the service address and the details of the job, and calls may be recorded for quality and training.
We use it to respond to your enquiry and to arrange the work. To carry out the job we pass the details you give us to the independent technician assigned to it. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Job records are kept for as long as we need them for service history, warranty, accounting and legal purposes. If you would like your details removed, call the number on this site and ask.
Submitting the form or calling us means we may contact you at the number you gave us about that enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Ask us to stop and we will.
